Stair Lift for Vets’ mission is to install stairlifts in the homes of elderly and disabled U.S. military service veterans from all eras and branches of service. When a veteran requires assistance navigating stairs or to remain in their home, Stair Lift for Vets may be the answer for navigating stairways. Our mission is to support service members so they can remain independent for as long as possible.
“No man left behind” is the famous ethos of American soldiers and marines on the battlefield. Veterans have frequently stood on the battlefield for us, sacrificing life and limb. We owe it to them not to forget and never leave them behind. We are honored to be of service to those who have served us.
Based in St. Paul, Minnesota with a secondary office in Chicago, our service area is expanding rapidly. We currently serve areas in Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Missouri, Michigan, and may be in your area soon.

What is Stair Lift for Vets?

Who qualifies for stair lift assistance?
Assistance is generally intended for veterans who have difficulty safely using stairs and who may not have the financial resources to purchase and install a stair lift on their own. Every request is reviewed individually based on need, location, equipment availability, and available funding.

Yes. A spouse, family member, caregiver, social worker, or authorized representative may contact us on behalf of a veteran. We may request additional information before beginning the assistance process.
